My name is Shala Crabtree, I am the owner of Crabtree Family Insurance. I work alongside Haley Williams and Liza Cobb whom are also dedicated agents who help keep our office running swiftly. I began my career in insurance over 20 years ago, driven by a desire to support others during life’s unexpected moments and to stay closely connected to the community I love. I was born and raised in Wilson and have stayed here my entire career. My father gave me my passion for cars and the heart to treat people with sincerity and respect—values that guide how we serve every client. Our office is known for its friendly, personal service and willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of every family and business we work with.
