FAQ
We know insurance can sometimes feel confusing — that’s why we’ve gathered answers to the questions we hear most. If you don’t see what you need, we’re always happy to help!
What payment types do you accept?
Most of our carriers accept card, check, and/or money order. Our office does NOT accept cash.
How can I save money on my insurance?
Let's work together to see how! We can look at bundling multiple policies (like auto and home), maintain a good driving record, increase your deductible, or you can even ask about available discounts for things like safe driving. Our team can review your options and help you find the best ways to save.
What is a deductible, and how does it work?
A deductible is the amount you pay out of pocket before your insurance helps cover the rest. For example, if your deductible is $500 and you have a $2,000 claim, you’d pay $500, and your insurance would pay $1,500.
Can i change my coverage later?
Absolutely! Your insurance needs can change over time, and your policy can too. Whether you need more coverage, want to adjust your deductible, or add a new vehicle, we can help update your policy to fit your current situation.
